This is real honey. Real flower nectar collected by real bees, and turned it into real honey on the Sonoma County Bee Farm.
Some little known facts about honey:
~Honey is naturally an antioxidant, is antimicrobial, and has humectant properties (meaning it naturally maintains it's own moisture).
~Honey is made of glucose, fructose, and healthy minerals (such as iron, calcium, phosphate, sodium chloride, potassium, and magnesium).
The honey is passed through a course screen so the beneficial pollen grains are not strained out. The honey is not heated—so it can be packed with all it's beneficial minerals. Small batched to maintain the bee's hives for survival.
Sonoma County Bee Compay proudly donate 10% of our honey sales to the Sonoma County Beekeepers Association whose mission is to have a thriving and sustainable bee population in Sonoma County.
